II. Striving for Excellence in All Things

For over two hundred years, Georgetown Prep has successfully graduated its students with the
skills necessary to succeed in college, to exercise leadership in society, and to develop their
uniqueness and special gifts. Prep must continually assess its curriculum – both what is offered
and how it is taught – to insure that it meets the demands of our time and place. Additionally, an
excellent Jesuit education emphasizes mind, body, and spirit. Thus, all programs that make up
the Prep experience – athletics and extracurriculars – must reflect the same excellence.

Goal: Recruit and retain premier educators.

Initiatives:
Offer competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities.
