For Board of Trustees

Expand Board orientation to include spiritual formation.
Offer service opportunities to Board members.

For Faculty/Staff

Increase of the size of the Campus Ministry Department to focus on Residential
Program, parents, alumni, and Board of Trustees.
Plan an annual off-site faculty retreat.
Raise awareness of and fund faculty and staff Ignatian retreat opportunities, especially the
opportunity to make the Spiritual Exercises.

Goal: Develop our expertise in Ignatian Pedagogy.

Initiatives:
Incorporate recent Jesuit documents on education into school culture.
Promote awareness of Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm.
Re-establish the curriculum committee.
Create global, international relationships among Jesuit schools.
Offer professional development opportunities.
Examine and leverage the intersection between technology and Ignatian Pedagogy.

Goal: Attend more intentionally to the Jesuit mission to serve faith and promote justice.

Initiatives:
Plan annual themed speaker series on justice issues.
Respond to recent Papal statements on Catholic social teachings.
Develop our participation in the annual Ignatian Family Teach-in.
Highlight examples from Jesuit history on social justice.
Integrate curriculum content with contemporary justice issues.
