Foster coordination between the Campus Ministry Department and the International
Program in regard to immersion trips and other international opportunities.
Interact with Jesuit institutions from around the world.

Goal: Integrate Residential and Day Communities.

Initiatives:
Establish more and new programs and activities for day and boarding students on
weekends to promote entire school community involvement.
Institute faculty responsibilities for the boarding program.
Encourage IN/OUT weekends for freshmen and sophomores to assist in the
acculturation to the Prep boarding community. In addition, the Residential Office will
work to develop policy to ensure students participate in at least one (1) event on IN
weekends to help cultivate program involvement.

Goal: Improve and update residential resources to enhance the boarding experience.

Initiatives:
Explore the possibility of constructing a new residence hall on campus and making
necessary upgrades and updates to existing living areas.
Examine hiring practices for faculty and staff, particularly at gaining international
         experience in the dormitories.
Offer more professional development opportunities - both on campus and off.

Goal: Establish an enhanced and more frequent communication platform for boarding parents.

Initiatives:
Institute a communication calendar for the Residential Program's events.
Ensure all incoming parents of resident students receive early and extensive information
         from the school.
Explore Google translate opportunities for all electronic communication to the
         parents/guardians.
