                                                                    If you receive a citation, it is too late to try to go
                                                                    back in time and pay the original ticket.  You
                                                                    must then plead guilty or not guilty (in which
                                                                    case you will be subpoenaed to a summary trial
                                                                    at District Court 19-2-05).  It is not a defense
                                                                    that the registered owner was not the driver of
                                                                    the vehicle that was ticketed.  The takeaway for
                                                                    Spring Garden Township residents is not to
                                                                    ignore a parking ticket.  It is far better to deal
                                                                    with it within the required timeframe than face a
                                                                    hefty increased amount owed.

          York Suburban School District will be collecting payment from Spring Garden Township residents for the
          school tax bills issued on July 1, 2021. Detailed payment information will be included with the bills when
          they are mailed at the end of June. Around the same time, payment information will be made available on
          the District’s taxes web page, which is accessible by visiting www.yssd.org, selecting Business Offi  ce from
          the Departments drop-down menu, and then clicking on Taxes. Alternatively, the taxes web page can be
          directly accessed by typing bit.ly/ystaxes into the search bar of your internet browser.
