                   The School’s recent diversity work has focused on several key areas that
                                               Equity and Inclusion  Innovation Collaborative An event created and hosted by Norwood  on November 16, 2018, for diversity  educators at area schools.  --- Promoted collaboration and innovation  among school leaders in equity and   inclusion work.  --- Explored facilitation and training,  organization and management, curriculum  and instruction, and diversity programming.  --- Established relationships for ongoing  collaboration; will be hosted by Norwood   on a regular basis.




























                                       Gender Identity   Task Force Established four major areas of focus:  curriculum and instruction; parent  education and communication; school  records, privacy, and pronouns; and  facilities, athletics, and overnight trips.  --- Researched gender-inclusive practices   and considerations.  --- Drafted recommendations for each   area of focus.   --- Currently developing tactical plan.
