Please welcome Robert Pena as our new Rental Inspector.
Mr. Pena comes to us with an Associate’s degree in Home
Building and Remodeling with experience in various areas of
property management and construction. Mr. Pena is a
Veteran of the U.S. Army and resides with his amazing wife of
10 years, his three children, and two pet fish. Mr. Pena knows
he has big shoes to fill and looks forward to meeting Spring
Garden residents and serving the Township with commitment
and respect. Please feel free to introduce yourself when you
see Mr. Pena out in the Township.
