The next large-scale project to meet the MS4 requirements in the Township’s current NPDES
permit period, is the West Tributary Project. The West Tributary is a waterway connecting to the December
Codorus Creek in the northern edge of the Township bordering East Manchester Township. This 2 6:00 p.m. Zoning Hearing Board

This project seeks to restore stream functions by modifying the existing low-flow channel, establishing a
new floodplain to stabilize eroding streambanks, and restoring and widening riparian buffers. 21 7:00 p.m. York Area United Fire and

habitat diversity along the waterway. The project is expected to reduce the Codorus Creek
watershed by approximately 523,227 pounds of sediment, 2,659 pounds of total nitrogen, and 954 January
pounds of total phosphorus annually. The project will also restore 12.58 acres of riparian buffer. 3 Holiday Township Offices Closed
