Caskey’s 1st Annual Chili Cook-Off

Caskey chefs really “brought the heat” to the 1st Annual Chili Cook-Off held on November 18th!

Participants entering a dish in the competition were asked to name their chili and list ingredients (in the event of allergies), but were allowed to keep the recipes secret. All Caskey employees were then invited to the chili tasting, where they voted for their favorites by dropping beans in a jar. The top two chefs were awarded prizes.

CONGRATULATIONS to the 2015 WINNERS

1^st Place – Bob Q. Bob’s “White Heat” chili won the competition with a score of 22 beans. Bob’s 1^st place
prize is $25 gift card.

2^nd Place – Kendall Kendall’s “Sunday Afternoon Chili” came in second with a score of 19 beans. Kendall’s 2^nd place prize is $10 gift card.
